The Theory of Poker

The theory relates more to economics, or perhaps game theory, than seat of the pants gambling. Then again, most professional poker players don't play by the seat of their pants, at least, it seems to me, not for many decades.

Not quite for true amateur poker players, as it doesn't cover the basic. Probably too basic for intermediate players.
