Tehanu

Tehanu is the last of the Earthsea novels. I didn't read the prior ones, and so felt like I arrived late at a party when all the beer was gone and guests were looking for their coats.

Well written and interesting, nonetheless, but the characters had history that I couldn't appreciate.
